Confortable and clean and very professional staff

Checkin took VERY long...many workers milling around but only one lady doing checkin and waiting on info about which rooms ready even though 6:00 PM

Great place to stay. We always stay at Hampton Inns, during our travels. This bad review is for the Colby Ks Hampton Inn and not Joplin location. Outstanding stay at Joplin Ms.

Some of your rooms only have 1 chair and it is a office type chair. Not a soft type chair. Requested another chair at the Colby KS. Hampton Inn with no success. So one of us had to sit on the bed, until we went to bed. If there are two beds. Please more chairs

Updated and fantastic rooms with king beds are accompanied by excellent service. The breakfast is awesome, and the location is perfect very close to great restaurants and companies have openings and the airport👍

It was short walk to the main 44 artery, and the library, convenient and unbeatable location overall. It also was close to airport.

mixed feelings after my stay

The check-in process showed a friendly staff member who was eager to assist. The room provided comfort with its spacious two double beds, great for families. The location offered convenience with access to nearby restaurants.

Family with children suitable for a decent but pricey stay

We got a nice discount on the second room, thanks to the helpful staff who really stepped up. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job, room felt super clean and comfy for the kids, they even left extra towels for us!

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know, it was still acceptable and served its purpose.

The room felt cramped, and privacy was compromised due to a poorly installed sliding barn door that wouldn't close properly. The noise level from the neighboring room was intrusive, which diminished the overall comfort.

The Joplin Hampton Inn is an interesting spot. The check-in process felt smooth. The complimentary breakfast had some decent options. The built-in night light in the bathroom outlet was a thoughtful touch. The room, however, had a unique layout that wasn't very private. The bathroom door opened directly into the sleeping area, which I found uncomfortable. The soft-close toilet seat was nice, but the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot. The microwave and fridge were handy, but the room felt a bit cramped with the closet being an open cabinet with hooks instead of a proper closet. Noise from the hallway made it hard to maintain quiet at times. It was a decent stay, though I would pick another room type next time.

The sliding barn door on the bathroom lacked privacy, causing some discomfort, especially when sharing a room. The refrigerator didn't maintain cool temperatures adequately for medication storage, a personal concern. While the pool area offers a spot to cool off, it's positioned directly in the parking lot was good. The breakfast experience fell short, with cheap-quality items like thin bacon and odd-tasting fruit. I experienced a room mix-up that forced me to book an additional room.

Strongly recommend for a city break

Clean room, friendly staff, with a nice breakfast buffet that sets you up for a day of exploration in the city and a convenient location with easy access to various dining options nearby.

The remodeled room was my favorite part! It felt spacious and cozy. The only downside was the breakfast. The options were pretty limited. I had a nice stay😀

Y'all gotta hit up Waffle House for some killer hashbrowns and check out Texas Roadhouse's mouth-watering steaks! Oh, and the staff? Just plain good.

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with an excellent location for my business trip. The room was clean, spacious, and offered reliable Wi-Fi, essential for my work needs. The staff was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any requests I had. The proximity to nearby restaurants made dining convenient after long work hours.
